Cyan cartridge lasted two weeks and about ten print jobs of a few pages each. The cyan cartridge printed a total of about 30 pages when the printer shut down saying there was not enough ink left to print color. I had to use grayscale to finish. I plan to return it and the other two colors, which I have not opened, and use aftermarket. They look just as good and last a lot longer than the Brother cartridges.
Printed 5 pictures then ran out of ink?! Going to buy the generics from now on (sorry Brother I really tried) after buying these and printed 5 photos that were 8" by 10" then got a message that it was out of yellow ink. How can a company sell a product that holds such little ink and charge so much? Absolutely frustrated and now because one the darn color cartridges I put in 3 days ago ran out, I can't print my labels for my business! Extremely disappointed!
DO NOT PURCHASE Stopped working after printing 3 pages.
Was very disappointed in the quality. Shortly after inserting new cartridges the printer keeps saying cartridges are low on ink. Replace them.
Be careful of sellers on Amazon. Total rup off. Printed 4 pages and didn't use for a couple of weeks. Went to print something and it was out of ink.
Came empty Yallow came and printed only one page and its says empty!!!
ink Too expensive. The black is trash ordered the black 2x's it didn't work properly. Bummer
Does last as long as expected I haven't printed much since purchasing this replacement ink on line and I have to order more color ink. I won't purchase the refill from here. I'll end up going to Staples or ordering directly from the manufacturer.
1 star The printer notified me that the ink is empty after 3 weeks. I print 3 pages daily
