Lasted ONE week! This was delivered on the 27th and ran out, bone dry, today (9/3). Very disappointing :o(
All three cartridges came empty. I installed all three colors, ran test print – 2 of 3 colors shown empty. After cleaning nozzles (standard printer procedure) all tree shown as EMPTY. How come? Brand new but empty. Sadly Brother doesn't allow to use black while colors are low. So had to request a refund. Shame on Brother for the quality :(

Yellow Ink Cartridge Did Not Work We purchased the Brother Genuine LC30113PKS 3-Pack Standard Yield Color Ink Cartridges ink replacements in advance. We finally installed all the colors ordered and the Yellow Color Ink Cartridge did not work. There is no other way to contact the seller or get a replacement as the window closed May 31. This are the same replacements we have used for the past year and the purchase was for Brother Genuine products. How can we get the replacement once the window closes?
A lot of money Ink does not last long
DO NOT BUY!! like other reviews have stated this ink is doesnt last. I purchased in sept and printed a max of 20 pages (mostly return labels and things of that sort) and by December my printer began reading that the cartridges were empty. I FULLY REGRET buying a brother printer, it seems that the ink dries out if not used in two months or so.
Don't buy Brother Printers I went to the trouble to buy Brother approved ink and this is what happened: I could not get a good printout so I started doing their process to clean the ink jets. After four times I just got a decent test sheet and at that point my brand new ink cartridges were empty. What a rip-off.
