No ink in color cartridges All 3 supposedly new color ink cartridges were empty and they were wrapped in factory packaging.
These are counterfeits...I had to call Brother directly to fix the situation I bought these on Amazon to replace my ink cartridges and inserted them. They never worked. And suddenly my printer didn't print at all anymore. I called Brother and they sent me Brother-approved cartridges and a return label so they could evaluate the ones I got on Amazon. Disappointed I installed the ink and it said that the yellow was low. I might have done maybe 2 colored prints and the other 2 colors said they were low. Not worth the money... I bought the XL black. That has done well.
Careful..could end up destroying your life. Ordered 2 times. amazon packed them and crushed the boxes that damaged the cartridges thatvdestroyed my brand new printer. Caused me not to be able to work and now i am jobless. Probably next homeless. They should have better quality not keep selling defective items. That's not fair.
Terrible value so far I’ve got a fairly new Brother printer. I just recently chewed through the starter ink cartridges that came with the printer. The yellow cassette ran out of ink very quickly — maybe after printing four or five letter sized pages with small color images and 20-30 b/w pages. After having paid the premium for official Brother toner, I’m feeling very short-changed. Perhaps I just got a dud. It can happen with anything. If not, I’m done with Brother ink. We’ll see. Wrong Item in the Package I bought this product because Brother printers use WAY too much colored ink (even for B&W printing), and when I opened the package I was dismayed to see the color I needed was missing. Instead of getting one of each of the three colors, I got two yellows and no magenta. So now after spending an absurd amount of money to get "Genuine Brother Ink Cartridges" for my printer, I have to get even more ink because when the Magenta runs out the printer won't work, even though I only need to print in B&W.
printer I went through 4 ink cartridges with the Brother printer & none of them worked. Yours was the third one & it only printed in black & white. When talking to the tech she said it was out of ink. Not the sellers problem.
