WE RARELY PRINT COLOR We really only print black & white & the colors use up & keep prompting us to insert more?!
Wrong cartridges received As I use this printer very sparingly, I didn't notice that the wrong cartridges had been sent from this order from 2018. The cartridges received were LC103CL XL and LC103BK XL. If anything can be done to rectify this at this time, I would appreciate it and would change my review accordingly.
Not good quality merchandise I bought the color pack that I use as I run out of a particular color. Just tried to use the yellow and found that it was empty or dried out and I can't return it as I bought it three months ago. Buyer beware! The plastic sleeve it came in was intact.
No ink Run out of ink in the cleaning process.
Forced to buy this just to print in black & white My Brother printer forced me to buy this product just so I could keep printing a bunch of forms and documents. Not photos! Despite that, I keep running out of color ink in just a couple months even though I only print in black and white. I'm very disappointed in this product.

Worst cartridge ever I printed three pages of color graphics and the yellow one is empty. Buy another brand!!
INK The LC3011Y The yellow cartridge in this order of the 3 pack set, was empty. Kept wondering why the quality was not right///. After cleaning 3 times, no yellow was to be seen. Checked the scale and all the others, including black was full; yellow was empty. So, rather than go on with complaining, I just ordered the LC3011Y separately. What a waste !!
