Best experience ever with Maria and Lehrer's Flowers! I walked into the flower warehouse and thought that I'd put together my own 18 centerpieces. I was wowed by all of the flowers but completely out of my comfort zone (my arranging abilities are limited to grocery bouquets plunked into a vase). Wow!!! Tracy Goodman is simply amazing. She was the florist for our sons wedding at the Pinnacle Room this past weekend. She made the room stunning. Her floral designs were beautiful. Wences :) I just want to give a HUGE shout out to Wences at Lehrer's Flowers. Lehrer's is a wholesale flower shop that is open to the public. The wonderful florists at Lehrer's are not there to guide you through your shopping experience. From what I can tell, they are up to their ears in flower related tasks that keep them running around like crazy. The Bee Well floral arrangement that Lehrer's sent had few similarities to the one pictured. I realize that a flower may be substituted. However I ordered flowers and not greenery. So disappointed.

Worst experience I have ever had with a flower company. My mother had just passed and someone who was nice enough to think of me ordered me some beautiful flowers from Lehrer's. On Friday, March 6th Chris who I guess delivers for Lehrer's decided to deliver the flowers in a snow storm with the temperature at 28 degrees on my porch. Ordered through Teleflora and this florist filled the order based on the card that arrived with the flowers. A picture is worth a thousand words. Included pics of what was ordered, what was received and the card. Teleflora provided a partial refund to their credit though sadly the recipient was short changed.

Confusing process, poor communication, failure of customer service, and I am still waiting on a refund. Tuesday: I ordered a bouquet for my wife two days before her birthday. The order went through including the delivery location to our home in the 2-day time window as though all was fine. Wednesday: I received a call from the rep Amelia the next day that the delivery vendor would not make the delivery without tacking on an extra $12.85 to the delivery fee. They didn't get the order right and it arrived a day late so disappointed needless to say the big moment had past the prices are high and when they did get them they were wilted so embarrassing will never use again,so many florist I chose this one sorry I did never again on a scale 1 to 10 I give a bigO nothing more to say except buyer beware you have been warned I have nothing else to say except everything was ruined.
I ordered a bouquet, over $100. It was delivered Saturday afternoon. Yesterday the foliage and petals began to fall off. This is the second time this has happened. I've been a Lehrers customer since 1982. I will NEVER order from them again.
