I found this place on Yelp to deliver flowers to my sister. I ALWAYS find a local florist and delivery when sending flowers to someone out of state because they usually put together the best bouquets. However, for a $75 bouquet, this is what they sent my sister. I paid over $95 after tax and delivery fee. I am disappointed to say the least. To me, this is NOT a $75 bouquet. I just spent over 30 minutes trying to order flowers online only to be informed that my message didn't match my selection. When I called to place the order over the phone the charge turned out to be more than what the online order reflected. To top it off, the person taking my order over the phone got snippy. I hope their arrangements are better than the buying experience.

if i could give no stars, i would. i will never order from here again. for the third time in a year, the flowers i ordered for my best friend's birthday were nothing like what she received. i am so disappointed and frustrated. her favorite color is purple which is why I chose this gorgeous bouquet. what she received is pink flowers in a clear vase. she hates pink!! third time ordering and received an item not even close. why have a picture to order from when they just make up what they want? their slogan here in Color... read more

My mom from out of state had called her high local florist to find a nice florist out here to send me just sunflowers with green leafs for my birthday and to have them delivered around 4-4:30 pm. She knew how picky I am with flowers and didn't want the flowers delivered early since I wouldn't be home until late with the chance of them being stolen. I received a nice-looking (at the day of arrival), probably an expensive gift from an out of town relative as a Xmas gift. It arrived 5 days before Xmas, and by Xmas, it had already started to have dried out evergreen tree parts and was shedding, even though following directions of watering everyday plus changing water and adding the preservative. Rude and pretentious. If you like bad attitude and bad service this is the spot for you.
Judging by reviews from this time last year, this seems to be a trend. I'm sure these guys are probably great for events like weddings, funerals, etc. but if you're trying to have flowers delivered to a loved one for Valentine's day, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I ordered a boquet of flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day on Jan 21st, 2020 so it's not like this was a last minute order or anything. Not really sure why this place gets the high marks. Placed my order for Valentine's Day flowers and got the confirmation pretty quickly. Thought all was going to go just fine until the supposed delivery day arrived....I indicated on my order that my lady's delivery location is a business. My friend called six months in advance to make sure she had the perfect flowers for her wedding- she wanted lilacs because that's what her late mother had at her wedding. They told her to call a month before her wedding, which she did and placed an order. She followed up several times and was assured they would be ready to pick up the day before her wedding.
