SCAM - STAY AWAY!! Absolutely horrific experience! This place scammed me and I am completely disgusted. I ordered flower's for a friend's 30th birthday. I went with a big package since my friend was going through tough times. I went with a $100 "bright and cheerful" bouquet and added on several additions, including a "happy birthday" balloon, chocolates, and a teddy bear. I ordered the Silent Night floral arrangement thru Teleflora. Apparently, Lehrer's is contracted with Teleflora. The silent Night arrangement consisted of a round festive Christmas vase with 2 red roses, 4 white carnations, 2 pine cones, button chrysanthemums, Holly berry and an ornament. Lehrer's looked at the price I paid and sent their Vixen arrangement instead which cant compare to what I bought. I did not know they were going to do this. I had ordered from Lehrer's Flower so many years. Birthdays, Mother's Day, Father's Day, even funeral... I was so satisfied with their services and their flower arrangements but not this time. I ordered an arrangement for my mother. It came today. OMG! The flowers are so ugly, old, going to die the next day. I am so disappointed. I paid more than $100 for this flowers. I even could find better flowers at Walmart, King soopers... . You can come to King soopers to prove it.

Ordered flowers for my friend who's going through a loss. The delivery person broke the vase as it was being delivered -- no big deal, I understand accidents happen and my friend said she had another vase she could put them in. I called Lehrer's 1.5 days later to see if I could get a partial refund since the vase was part of my purchase. I called and they offered me another arrangement which I declined since my friend said she had another vase and there was nothing wrong with the flowers. I chose Lehrer's Flowers to send an "I'm sorry" bouquet to a dear friend of mine. I had chosen a large, colorful and spring-themed bouquet and was charged $135 for a same day delivery. While my friend was very grateful for the flowers, the photo she sent me was incredibly disappointing. I see basic flowers and a lot of cheap green foliage- hardly worth the astronomical price I paid plus delivery. My husband just spent a ridiculous amount of money on a Valentines bouquet. It is snowing here. They left it on the front porch (I am home) and did not even ring the bell. My husband found it when he returned from work. Was still alive, but looks like an amateur arranged it.

Do Not Use Them! Pick another florist! I wish I had read the reviews, they are right, this place doesn't care at all about their customers. They completely messed up my best friend's 50th birthday, and really could care less. I paid $85 for a birthday cake made of roses with candles on top and they delivered a couple of orange flowers in a vase. When I called to complain they told me I could purchase the cake AGAIN and they'd try to get it out. Horrible experience, you would think they would just send the proper arrangement ... read more

Ordered flowers for my grandmother's funeral. They were never delivered. Once I called to check on what happened I was told the flower arrangement was never made let alone delivered. I was not given an apology of any sort.

Ordered a centerpiece on Teleflora. Was supposed to be a 12 inch Xmas spray with roses, etc., 2 candles. When delivered it is a round, cheap flowers and only 1 candle. Called Lehrers and since it was from Teleflora they said they can change if they don't have the materials. Fine- but you have to make it the same quality as ordered. They whined about delivery of flowers, etc- which I can understand. But if you can not deliver anything near what was ordered, do not accept the order. However, clearly, we should not have taken this order. Although Teleflora says substitutions may occur, we should have rejected the order altogether because we did not have all the correct flowers to put into it.
