Absolutely terrible experience!!! Have requested a flower delivery on Valentines Day a week before and they still failed to deliver on time. I wanted to be a surprise for my wife but instead we had it wait around all day for the delivery. We had a restaurant reservation and end up been late just for waiting on some flowers. I paid a decent amount of money and I was so disappointed about their service. The old lady who answers the phone have absolutely no clue of customer service. I went into this shop with the hopes of buying a particular type of rose. The guy behind the counter had no idea what I was talking about. So he went over to a GROUP of his coworkers and all of them stood there staring at me, none of them moving to assist in any way. This type of rose is frequently carried at Safeway and King Soopers so clearly it isn't anything that out of the ordinary. This place did not have it.
