Mary was a joy to work with. We were actually working with another realtor who quite frankly we were not too happy with. Mary happened to call us out of the blue about a house we were interested but no one was calling us back. After one conversation her soft easy sell had us hooked. Mary was a very compassionate person in a difficult situation and time. The home was a challenge due to it's size and my need to handle my parents probate and clearing out of the house all at the same time. Throw in the market volatility and craziness of the economy and it was a bigger challenge to stay on track to obtain qualified buyers and be current with the market.

You really can’t go wrong with Mary; she worked with us for about a year before we found the home we thought was perfect for a vrbo. She’s knowledgeable about the area and in real estate, was very responsive to our calls and e-mails (we were long distance), and ultimately made sure we got the house we wanted. She’s a dream and made the whole process doable and fun! If you need an excellent realtor, she’s definitely your person!

Margaret made buying a home easy. We travelled from Florida to find a condo or house for a second home. We were looking during the "busy" season the end of 2021. Margaret made available 9 places for us to see in the weekend were there. As each one of those were snatched up we came home disappointed, but Margaret was still on the lookout for us. Leslie was the best mix of having knowledge about the whole process but at the same time showing empathy and respect for both the seller and the buyers. She was responsive to our needs and took initiative to "take care of things" while we were out of town. She made some good suggestions that paid off.
