We wanted to purchase a condo in Chetola and Margaret helped us through the entire process. She even helped us find a renter as we were unable to move in right away. Due to my work we had to move out of the area decided to sell. We again turned to Margaret. She found us a buyer within DAYS. She handled both transactions seamlessly and professionally. We would HIGHLY recommend Margaret and everyone on her team.

Margaret is the best. We were casually searching for a second home in the mtns of NC for almost a year and then covid hit. We got more serious in our search and contacted Margaret who helped guide us to the perfect property. She lined up ALL the details and her ongoing communication was on point. She is very familiar with the high country and is very quick to respond when you have questions or when a new property comes across her desk. Highly recommended to you, my friends and family alike. I know 5 stars over all is a lot but Susan REALLY exceeded my expectations. Her experience in real estate and friendly demeanor made working with her more than a pleasure. She was exceptional. I highly recommend her!

We worked with Susan Repko. We contacted her that we were interested in house hunting on a Friday afternoon, she immediately contacted me, found us a home in our price range and got us a showing. By Sunday we were under contract! Throughout the process she checked in with us and made sure we understood and were comfortable with everything. I highly recommend Susan to anyone who needs a realtor!

Susan listened to my house-hunting particulars and was wonderful at finding properties that interested me! When I was unable to get away from work, she would tour a prospective property and provide me with detailed video and commentary. It was a real pleasure working with her.

Susan was extremely helpful throughout the purchase procedure and went out of her way to assure a good price. Her knowledge of the area, state and local laws, and mandates were advantageous throughout the buying process. Her help did not stop after the closing. She continued to offer advice in helping us find contractors for minor plumbing, carpenter, and electrical work needed. I highly recommend Susan Repko and will certainly use her again in the buying and selling of real estate in the North Carolina high country!
