Susan contacted me promptly about land for sale in Blowing Rock after internet query. As live remotely she scouted for us and steered us to an amazing piece of land where we'd never looked. Yogi went above and beyond what I expected during this process, making my life so much easier as I navigated a seller’s market as a first-time buyer located two hours away from my future home. She never hesitated to preview a home herself that I was interested in and would send me video walkthroughs of houses, as well as the neighborhoods, so I could make an informed decision prior to making the drive up myself. We also felt like we had an instant friend working with Margaret. She is honest, encouraging, easy-going. She raised her family in the high country and so was a good source of local knowledge for us, moving to the area with young kids.
