I have an antique-looking pearl ring that I bought a few years back. The pearl keeps escaping. I had gotten quotes from other Jewelers, and it was just too expensive to get the pearl replaced and set. I was walking around downtown with my friend, just browsing, and we wandered into Levy. I gave them the ring, and they examined it. They then handed me a box full of pearls, so I could pick the color I liked best. I recently needed a major repair on my engagement ring. I am one of the few lucky ones that found my lost diamond!
