Arielle is fantastic. I just rent a house at Lake in the Hills, IL with her help. She works with enthusiasm, passion, kindness, knowledge, and responsibility. She works hard and is very reliable. For my professional reason, I have no too much time to see houses at daytime, and Arielle helped me at on-call basis. I usually know my evening schedule at call 3-4pm and call her, and she works promptly to show me houses in a couple of hours. Tricia has helped my boyfriend and I in finding us our new home. We have a new addition to our family and Tricia has made every effort in accommodating us during the whole process. From making phone calls for us, to coming by in the frigid cold so we could sign papers. She makes herself available 24/7. We are so grateful for her knowledge, expertise and warm heart! Tricia is an honest, smart and good lady with a lot of integrity. Tricia helped us find the property we were looking for. Our son is going through a divorce right now and when things settle down and we start looking for a house for him, Tricia will be the realtor that we use to find that perfect property. Arielle was nothing but extremely helpful throughout our entire search for a rental in Crystal Lake. She was friendly, responsive, and patient. Scott was very helpful. We moved from Texas to Illinois and he jumped right in to help us find the perfect house. We found out last minute we were being relocated and he was willing to show us lots of houses in one day. He was also willing to be patient with us and to answer any questions or concerns we had.
