Scott Federighi was by far the best agent I've worked with. He was very knowledgeable on every property he showed us and took everything we said into serious consideration. I've dealt with many real estate agents but Scott was the only one who made it his personal duty to find us a home that we loved. I would recomend him to my closest friends and family.

Scott's approach to the whole process was simply wonderful and truly professional. From the initial meeting about our home, listing of our home, to looking at houses and the final execution Scott was there every step of the way. Alice went above and beyond to help place my client in short term housing. She was very helpful and very patient with my client who has a challenging personality. I enjoyed working with her. I would give her a 10 for customer service and knowledge. She also has a great work ethic which I appreciate. She did a great job in finding a rental for us. Very much appreciated.

Alice is fantastic! We were moving from out of town and needed to find somewhere to rent quickly. Alice was willing to work with us on a moments notice when we were in town briefly to find something. She also took me on virtual tours, via FaceTime,of a few places when we weren't able to be there in person. Once we decided on a place she helped us get through the new tenant process as quickly as possible. Alice helped me find a rental townhouse that was right for me in the Crystal Lake area. She is very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. We discussed in some detail the sorts of features I was looking for and she was able to show me several places that fit my needs. It was a pleasure working with her to find my current rental property. I would gladly use her again to find either a rental or purchase property that fits my needs.

Alice was wonderful. I work 2 jobs so my time was limited. She made herself available when I had the time. She also had a great feel of who I was and what I was looking for. It didn't take long for us to find the perfect place. However, once we found a place that I loved, it was more than I wanted to spend. Alice negotiated the price so that I was able to afford it. I am now living in my new home and loving it.

Alice is incredible! She took my husband and I to countless listings, in search of "the perfect home". She elvaluated feedback and adjusted our search for us. Then when we discovered "home", she helped make the steps until closing seamless. Alice was always available to answer my questions and concerns. You want a realtor who will listen to what you want and always advocate for you, and Alice did that for us time and again. We are so thankful that we found her!
