Arielle was a great help in getting us into the home we wanted. She was very timely with her responses when we had a question for her. She came to the house with her children on a Sunday to allow us to walk through the home again before we decided to make the purchase for it. She was very patient with us, while we dealt with our mortgage people. Arielle is a great Relator, and I would recommend her services to anyone in the Crystal Lake area.
Scott was very knowledgable and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Scott helped us list our home we were selling and helped to get photos and other materials that made it appealing and helped us to sell our home. He also found us townhouse to look at in an area we wanted to buy. He assisted us in getting an inspection outfit that was thorough and knowledgeable.
Scott listed my townhouse in Bartlett, Illinois. He assisted me in every possible way to prepare for the showings of my property. He is a complete professional in addition to being kind and wise and always there for me every step of the way. My property was shown numerous times and sold in 5 days at a price that was the highest for my model in a very long time. Scott Federighi was by far the best agent I've worked with. He was very knowledgeable on every property he showed us and took everything we said into serious consideration. I've dealt with many real estate agents but Scott was the only one who made it his personal duty to find us a home that we loved. I would recomend him to my closest friends and family.

Alice is fantastic! We were moving from out of town and needed to find somewhere to rent quickly. Alice was willing to work with us on a moments notice when we were in town briefly to find something.
