Tricia is an honest, smart and good lady with a lot of integrity. Tricia helped us find the property we were looking for. Our son is going through a divorce right now and when things settle down and we start looking for a house for him, Tricia will be the realtor that we use to find that perfect property. Scott was very helpful. We moved from Texas to Illinois and he jumped right in to help us find the perfect house. We found out last minute we were being relocated and he was willing to show us lots of houses in one day. He was also willing to be patient with us and to answer any questions or concerns we had.
Alice helped me purchase a great home and had a unique ability to find something "interesting" for me. She was an excellent listener and genuinely enjoyed looking at the house options as much as I did. That made it fun for me. She presented the offers that I asked her to present without judging my desire to offer less than the asking price. Sometimes significantly less. She fully respected that it was my money and I would make the offer that was within my comfort level.
