My wife and I met with Scott last year to buy our first home. He walked us through the entire process and helped us find a home we love! We were very eager buyers since we had a baby on the way. He didn't rush us into anything and did a great job getting us into prospective homes we were interested in buying. He was there from start to finish and I would use him again to buy my next home.
Scott was a great help as a first-time home buyer. He was very knowledgable about the neighborhoods in which we looked; Cary, Lake Zurich, and Wauconda. We greatly appreciated his expertise on the school systems as we were expecting a child soon. Scott helped prepare us for the daunting process of closing on a home. He told us what to expect, what documents to bring with us, and how the payment structures work. I would absolutely work again with Scott in the future.
Scott did a tremendous job in helping me find the perfect home, it took 8 months of frustrating searching but Scott stuck with me the whole way, he was very knowlegable and knew the area markets extremely well! Scott has never let me down. Whenever I call with any real estate question he always has or can quickly have an answer. It is very apparent that he absolutely loves what he does and that make him a great person to partner with.
