Very Happy Customer I scheduled an appointment online at Lexus of Fife. I arrived on time and was met and directed to John Majors, who checked me in for service on my vehicle. I waited in the customer waiting area which had coffee, juices and snacks. When the work on my car was finished, I paid the bill and left. I’m very pleased with the work and great customer service from all the personnel at Lexus of Fife.

Great service, poor gas level in loaner Once again outstanding service and professional care. Dung was just great and really enjoy working with him. Loaner car did not have enough gas for me to go home to Shelton and back so I had to refuel in Olympia. Don't use a loaner that doesn't have enough gas.

Lexus of Fife gets an A+ report card I called and made an appointment for the very next day. Dung was very professional and quick to book. The next morning I met Dung at his desk and he assisted me helping me with questions/concerns. He suggested several things I could do to make my car service complete. He gave me a time frame in which my car would be done and it was. Everything went very smooth even in the midst of a total remodel of current building. Best Lexus Dealership in FIFE! Nick and Phil helped me out throughout the whole process and made sure I was taken care of from start to end. Their VIP program is awesome, plus the warranty program for their new car is unbeatable. HIGHLY recommend for people looking to lease or finance a car. You wont regret it!

AWESOME SERVICE I have purchased 2 cars from this dealership and find their Service Department to be really diligent when it is time to have car maintenance done. John Majors in particular always makes the service go smoothly and efficiently and will arrange for a loaner car if needed. Excellent Customer Service and Sales. They are the best!
