Great service Had Mathew in service set up a warranty service and rear brakes on very short time line. He was extremely helpful and made it works. An aside Parts, I think Mike, able to locate a pedal cover for my other Lexus old 2002bLS 430 I could not even find at a junk yard. Got it there in one day.

Great Service As always, when I walk in someone greets me and then they check me in asap. I always get a friendly face and good service. The waiting area always has coffee etc. and a snack which is much appreciated. The service is explained as to what they found. I always feel welcome here.

Great experience I made an appointment on line and when I arrived was greeted by Juan who directed me to a specialist named Chloe. Both were friendly with a smile and eager to help. My service was completed within the promised time and everything had been completed as requested. During my wait I enjoyed a very nice waiting room with many nice amenities- drinks, snacks etc. Great experience! Thank- you V Schmidt

Great Experience! we just purchased a 2023 NX 350 and had the best experience - Our sales person Than Tran made the experience so easy without any pressure and kept us informed of when the car would be delivered and ready for pick up! He offered to answer any questions we have even after we departed the dealership. our Tech instructor Chauncey was also very helpful in showing us all of the options of the car - a lot to take in. Above and Beyond Diagnosed it (covered under warranty), gave me a loaner on the spot that was virtually identical to mine (including sunroof and ventilated seats), work completed ahead of schedule and they remedied two recalls I was unaware of. When I picked it up, it was washed and gas tank topped off. Would give 6 stars if I could. The only ‘downside’ was they were so swift, I barely had time to enjoy the comfortable and generously stocked lounge.

Beyond Amazing Experience! We all know buying a car can be quite a headache . . . But not this time! My husband and I had a easy breezy, absolutely lovely experience.
