Surprise Alvin and my Husband worked together to surprise me with a GX460 (my dream car) for my birthday! My husband told me to wear a blind fold and we were going for a ride to see you birthday present - when arriving my husband take the blind fold off and there sat my dream SUV running in all her glory! The paperwork needed a few signatures and I met with Jayne who is great too and she taught me about the vechile and I was off- The easy most professional auto group I've ever dealt with- Thank you
Excellent Service Was in for a regular maintenance service. Was greeted by staff as I pulled into the service drop off lane. Check in was quick and included an overview of work to be done. My wait for car while being services was made short by the coffee beverages, juices and snacks available in their waiting area.

Great service Had Mathew in service set up a warranty service and rear brakes on very short time line. He was extremely helpful and made it works. An aside Parts, I think Mike, able to locate a pedal cover for my other Lexus old 2002bLS 430 I could not even find at a junk yard. Got it there in one day.

Great Service As always, when I walk in someone greets me and then they check me in asap. I always get a friendly face and good service. The waiting area always has coffee etc. and a snack which is much appreciated. The service is explained as to what they found. I always feel welcome here.

Great experience I made an appointment on line and when I arrived was greeted by Juan who directed me to a specialist named Chloe. Both were friendly with a smile and eager to help. My service was completed within the promised time and everything had been completed as requested.
