good service Very good service, no complaints about that. However, I would like you to change this so i don't have to write 25 words, if i write that many it will be to complain about something. kinda like i just did. but just about this cumbersome review process
Very good service experience Took only 30mins to do my 5k maintenance vs expectation of 1.5 hours. Check-in desk staff is quick and accurate. Just a bummer that their carwash is not working that day. But overall, good experience.
Excellent Service This was maintenance on the 2nd car I have purchased from Lexus of Tacoma Fife. Service on each vehicle has been first rate. Recent service probably extended useful life of my vehicle by 5 years.

Friendly staff Everything since we entered the office was a friendly experience, staff was very knowledgeable, patient and kind, showing us all the models and helping us to understand every feature and difference between the great vehicles in stock. Overall the experience went pretty smooth and easy. Thank you to Alvin and Jayne for sharing their professionalism and enthusiasm with us.
Painless service Everything from making the appointment to the end of the service was smooth. I ate the Chobani yogurt provided while waiting on diagnostics. When told it would take two hours I was given a loaner car.

Best dealership we've visited We always receive the best service from Lexus of Fife and although it usually takes us 45 minutes to get there the service man named John Majors makes it all worthwhile. Lots of friendly people there and easy waiting, with nice treats.
