Great Experience! we just purchased a 2023 NX 350 and had the best experience - Our sales person Than Tran made the experience so easy without any pressure and kept us informed of when the car would be delivered and ready for pick up! He offered to answer any questions we have even after we departed the dealership. our Tech instructor Chauncey was also very helpful in showing us all of the options of the car - a lot to take in. Above and Beyond Diagnosed it (covered under warranty), gave me a loaner on the spot that was virtually identical to mine (including sunroof and ventilated seats), work completed ahead of schedule and they remedied two recalls I was unaware of. When I picked it up, it was washed and gas tank topped off. Would give 6 stars if I could. The only ‘downside’ was they were so swift, I barely had time to enjoy the comfortable and generously stocked lounge.

Beyond Amazing Experience! We all know buying a car can be quite a headache . . . But not this time! My husband and I had a easy breezy, absolutely lovely experience. good service Very good service, no complaints about that. However, I would like you to change this so i don't have to write 25 words, if i write that many it will be to complain about something. kinda like i just did. but just about this cumbersome review process
Very good service experience Took only 30mins to do my 5k maintenance vs expectation of 1.5 hours. Check-in desk staff is quick and accurate. Just a bummer that their carwash is not working that day. But overall, good experience.
Excellent Service This was maintenance on the 2nd car I have purchased from Lexus of Tacoma Fife. Service on each vehicle has been first rate. Recent service probably extended useful life of my vehicle by 5 years.

Friendly staff Everything since we entered the office was a friendly experience, staff was very knowledgeable, patient and kind, showing us all the models and helping us to understand every feature and difference between the great vehicles in stock.
