Be aware of trading in your car. We just purchased another car from Lexus of Tacoma from Don O'Brien. From the time we walked in to trade cars in 2020 the experience has been great. All who work in the service department are wonderful. My only complaint is the used car guy gave us a trade in value much less than KBB said it was worth. The 2018 RX350L had 29,400 miles and could have been sold that day. If we decide to get another car we'll use Carvana which offered us $2K more than Lexus.

Top notch Lexus dealership We bought our RX350 Lexus in 2016 and have used this dealership for all of the maintenance and detail ever since. They provide excellent customer service and even though our car is now 7 years old, they treat us like we've just bought a brand new car, providing us with a loaner and top notch repair service. With the excellent detailing, our car looks as good as it did the day we bought it. Thank you Lexus of Tacoma.

Friendly and real person dealership. I was not sure to buy a new car but my decision was depend on my trade in value. I told him I like the car which I tested to drive I will only able to buy if you can accept my trade in value higher. Started slow - ended up Great After a rocky start with someone else, Bill Wright took over and I up with a great experience. He was responsive, he made commitments to call or follow up which was done. He was more than willing to extend himself to do whatever was mentioned either large or small. The man has "hustle" to get things done. The dealership itself was well laid out with the customer in mind down to to the refrigerated accouterments.
