Friendly and real person dealership. I was not sure to buy a new car but my decision was depend on my trade in value. I told him I like the car which I tested to drive I will only able to buy if you can accept my trade in value higher. I would like to recommend this dealer to friends.. Clients are friendly. Great customers services. Peace of mind financial paper work process. Plenty of new cars, used car choice. They are easy to speak when something is going wrong after purchasing some dealer don’t care after they sold to you.

Started slow - ended up Great After a rocky start with someone else, Bill Wright took over and I up with a great experience. He was responsive, he made commitments to call or follow up which was done. He was more than willing to extend himself to do whatever was mentioned either large or small. The man has "hustle" to get things done. The dealership itself was well laid out with the customer in mind down to to the refrigerated accouterments.

Thank you for a good experience Jonathan Lee and Chauncey were both very friendly and helpful. Jonathan kept in touch with me over several days, available but never pushy. I really felt he was "on my side," meaning he wanted to facilitate my particular needs. He shepherded the process throughout, which made me feel I was in competent hands. Chauncey is obviously skilled in his explanations of the car's features, and conducted his orientation with patience and care.
