Servicing on Lexus IS F 350 ie 60,000 mile Excellent customer service by Dung Nguyen in the service dept. Took care of my service and repair needs on my ‘14 Lexus IS F 350 without unnecessary hassles. Was very upfront what needed to be done and especially with costs. Within minutes had set me up with a loaner and was soon on my way. Treated very well. Super job Dung and to the rest of the team behind the scenes!
Excellent buying experience Purchased a new RX from David Easterday and couldn't be happier. We spoke prior to my visit and he had several vehicles ready for comparison upon my arrival. Superior customer service Came in to replace my last master key; Ken Johnson listened to my need, and responded with a better solution than I had expected. I bought two "valet" keys for less than $100. I simply did not need another master key, and the difference in cost is much appreciated. Ken is a keeper...

Routine mileage service Brought my ‘17 RX 350 in for its 25K service. Cordial, professional, efficient, and thorough are best words to describe the experience. This RX 350 is the fourth Lexus vehicle that we’ve leased or purchased from Lexus of Tacoma. Overall outstanding!
Shopping for a Toyota; purchased a Lexus Matthew showed me a beautiful Avalon that was within my budget, but then he showed me a Used Lexus that came with a 2 year warranty and cost was less than Toyota. This car is beautiful and drives like a dream. The finance guy Jason was quick and efficient making the buying process easy and stress free! Highly recommend Lexus of Tacoma at Fife!
Best car purchasing experience We had an amazing experience at Lexus of Tacoma with our dealer Bill. He was professional, kind and very knowledgeable. The purchasing process was extremely simple and they even spoiled our dogs and let them come in so that they weren’t sitting out in the car for too long, gave them treats and lots of pets. Purchasing a Lexus at Lexus Tacoma isn’t like purchasing any ole car new or used. They detail your experience and share the excitement of a new car with you. I highly recommend!
