Great Service I wanted to thank Dung for being so helpful for our daughters Lexus repairs. Our daughter is going to school in Tacoma and we live a long way away, so we had to do the entire process by phone. I called Lexus of Tacoma and Dung was great about dealing with the assault on our car. (stolen catalytic converter) He was able to assure us and calm our daughter down so that we knew everything would be ok. He and the mechanics took care of everything quickly and reasonably.
