These people are professional and efficient I found the staff in the service department to be professional and efficient and courteous—and very organized. I was told I had an appointment, but when I got there, it turned out I did not. Turns out appointments are generally not needed to address the issue with my RX350. They wasted no time in moving ahead. No whining or assigning blame. The work was done early and at the price quoted.
Overall an Excellent experience Overall very pleasant and no pressure. We went back three times before making our decision. Only ding would be discovering upon orientation of vehicle we discovered locking lug nuts were not on the wheels. Disappointed that after such a huge purchase nobody stepped up to make good on this oversight and get us the lug nuts without us having to purchase them.”
