Help in a hurry! I had my windshield replaced with OEM. They were so helpful in explaining the process then getting me the loaner car while my car was in the shop. Afterwards the follow up communications were first rate.

Superior service My car was vandalized with a lot of damage. Although Kenny, at Lexus of Tacoma, is always very helpful and understanding, he went above and beyond this time. From the moment I called, distraught and overwhelmed, he took over. Stayed an hour after closing to meet me and make sure repairs were done to Lexus standards.
