Searching for LC ES350 Matt was a very, personal, professional and knowledgeable salesman Who patiently answered all my questions and never indicated annoyance or disinterest. Excellent Service - fantastic customer service My Lexus was ready for a 90,000 mile service. I called and talked to Ed in the service department - we scheduled the service quickly and at my convenience. A loaner car was provided. When there was an unexpected issue during service, I received a call quickly and full explanation of the issue and his recommendation. We talked about options, and made a decision. I appreciated his thoughts and ideas, and made my decision accordingly.
Great experience This is our second lease. Don was fantastic as usual and we ended up getting a great deal. No pressure. Very relaxed atmosphere. We had a number of different options including purchasing our first car. Ultimately we ended up getting the car we wanted at a very reasonable price.
