"Sluggish starter Gremlin" Joey, Matt and Johnny accepted the issue. The excellent techs worked to fix the issue. It took time - however, to their credit, resolved the issue.

Great experience from top to bottom The team at Lexus of Fife was great! I had a great experience with all of their team members. Kenneth Johnson in the service department was amazing and helpful when I arrived having issues with my previous vehicle. I ended up trading my vehicle in and purchasing a used 2013 Lexus ES350 from Alex Alonzo Jr. and could not have asked for a better experience. New car purchase Initially planned to look at a previously owned vehicle to replace a 2004 Lexus. However, after the sales rep explained features and we rode in a new car we were sold on buying new.
First car My parents bought a Lexus RX from Ty in the early 2000's and have referred other family members and friends to him through out the years. My parents had come the day before just to look at potential cars and my dad passed along the information to me. The next day I returned to see the cars in person. I was not in a rush to purchase but after seeing the one (GS 350) and speaking to Ty, it was not hard to make that decision. Best experience! Sales rep Matt put his best effort to find the one that I wanted. I had come back and forth a few times, Matt updated me promotions between my visits. Matt was on point on every process, financial manager Jason explained to me each line of documents kindly. Staffs were friendly, process was smooth. Strongly recommend!
