Searching for LC ES350 Matt was a very, personal, professional and knowledgeable salesman Who patiently answered all my questions and never indicated annoyance or disinterest. He provided me the opportunity to view, and test drive different models for comparison. He called the day after I purchased in case I had questions about the many new features on my auto. Excellent Service - fantastic customer service My Lexus was ready for a 90,000 mile service. I called and talked to Ed in the service department - we scheduled the service quickly and at my convenience. A loaner car was provided. When there was an unexpected issue during service, I received a call quickly and full explanation of the issue and his recommendation. We talked about options, and made a decision. I appreciated his thoughts and ideas, and made my decision accordingly.
Great experience This is our second lease. Don was fantastic as usual and we ended up getting a great deal. No pressure. Very relaxed atmosphere. We had a number of different options including purchasing our first car. Ultimately we ended up getting the car we wanted at a very reasonable price.
Hands down the best dealership in Puget Sound. Alot of times you walk into a dealership and find someone trying to sell cars to you that they want off the lot and off their hands, but not here. Lexus of Tacoma from the moment I walked in got me exactly what I wanted, not what they wanted. I appreciate the excellent service as my three year old boy can be a bit loud and rowdy at times, Matt and the staff went the extra mile for me.
