First car My parents bought a Lexus RX from Ty in the early 2000's and have referred other family members and friends to him through out the years. My parents had come the day before just to look at potential cars and my dad passed along the information to me. The next day I returned to see the cars in person. Best experience! Sales rep Matt put his best effort to find the one that I wanted. I had come back and forth a few times, Matt updated me promotions between my visits. Matt was on point on every process, financial manager Jason explained to me each line of documents kindly. Staffs were friendly, process was smooth. Strongly recommend!

Service I enjoy the service at the fife dealership. The atmosphere and the attention to detail of everyone there is great. I was eve able to talk with Don O’Brien 5he sales person who sole me my vehicle. He was eve able to help me get some game tickets to the Tacoma Rainier baseball game.
Lexus Excellence Our salesman, Nick Dang, was very personable - greeted us right away and was knowledgeable about the 2 cars we test drove (ES 300H). He took time to answer all of our questions and concerns. When we completed our deal, we shook hands, however, his customer service did not stop there.
