The staff usually updates me on progress with Creditors and progress in negotiation and settlements to approve. They notify me with Text and Email to approve by text or the client portal. This makes it seamless and non time consuming. For instance : Tasha Archuletta Did my last interactions for approval and made it very easy. Everyone on staff is very nice and communicate well
