My Rep ***** is such a kind and caring man. I know I can be a hand full but his patience with me was priceless. I explained my unfortunate situation to him and he began to just talk to me and before I realized it, I was comfortable with the process. ***** Vessel was a great help and took the time to explain the entire process to me. The welcome message was slightly irritating as it was clear ****** was just reading a script extremely fast and I could hardly understand what he was saying due to his speed and script reading. I have yet to start the program, but I hope they can help me get on top of my debt.
