I have no complaints with the company. I. like some others received a mailer from Liberty, I was treated fairly and was not confused about what they were selling. I just wanted to reduce my debt anyway I could. I was directed to a consultant that was very professional, honest, open and clear about what they could or could not do for me! Starting October 1st I don't need to pay three of my largest debtor's and I already have piece of mind.
I had a very enlightening conversation with the agent! I feel confident in my choice to go with this company. The others I researched had a time line for paying off my debts that was way to long and convoluted.
After reading all the reviews I'll go with a 4 for right now, no one has misrepresented themselves or been rude to me and it sounds pretty straight forward. Me, I see a bankruptcy down the road due to the economy and being retired, need to fix that so we don't starve to death..All we have done so far is set everything up to get started.
