Overall my experience has been good here, however, I missed an appointment, not intentionally, and they charged $50 for missing his rabies shot that would have taken 5 minutes. They didn't call to explain, but did waive the fee. Other than that the staff seemed friendly. Wish they learned there are better ways to communicate bad news.
Jessica went above and beyond. She listened and addressed my concerns about my anxious pup with compassion. And Dr. Patrusky is awesome too, with good ideas about continuing to improve my pup.'s health and well being. Thank you!

Yesterday was an incredibly stressful day for my dog, Lady Hazelnut Buttercream--better known as "Hazy." She had an unexpected allergic reaction, and in a panic I rushed her to Lifetime Animal Care Center. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted immediately and Hazy was taken back for treatment without delay. The team acted quickly and compassionately, giving her a steroid shot and some strong Benadryl to get the reaction under control. been going to Lifetime of and on for years. After the veterinarian I was used to seeing retired so I went elsewhere and found there are some terrible veterinarians out there. came back to Lifetime and couldn't be happier! They actually care and listen to your concerns, very thoughtful staff and doctors. I would recommend them to anyone needing animal care, not to mention their prices are very reasonable and give senior discount.
We have been taking our dogs here since Dr. Hardy was in the old location across the parking lot. There have been a lot of changes since COVID but they are all trying to provide great care to our fur babies.
I recently moved from San Diego and Lifetime took care of my two pups the majority of my time in SD. They have an incredible team there, loving and knowledgeable staff, and genuinely care about your pets. Every visit they would take the time to properly explain what was wrong with my pet/what they needed check-up wise, and give me different options of treatment. I never left there unhappy. Just wanted to give a big shout out to all the staff that took care of Zora and Buddy- we will miss you!

Wonderful vet! I got a puppy & they were so helpful with tips on care & training. They have an amazing Paw Plan that is great for new puppies! All shots & neuters included at a monthly cost, so it makes it very easy financially. The plan also includes unlimited office visits which is amazing, especially for puppies! Highly recommend, the staff is amazing and welcoming!
I've been bringing my 10 year old cat to Lifetime for the last year and really love the staff here. Incredibly kind and knowledgeable, they put my fur baby first and I know she's getting top quality care. In the last year, we've had both preventative visits as well as emergency ones. I like that I can call about behaviors to ask if I should bring her in - they were able to accommodate a last minute appointment to make sure she didn't have a UTI.
