This place is amazing! 10/10 I got my first puppy and found this spot close to my house. I called and since day one they have been nothing but supportive. Answer any question gives advise. I feel like they never make me do anything they just give their advise. They have been nothing but helpful. I recommend all my pet loving friends and fam here. Bubba is never scared to come he loves all the attention he gets.

I love our vet! Our pup doesn't MIND going... when she was a puppy she was ecstatic to go there because they have spray cheese--yummmm. I find the staff very helpful, willing to submit my insurance claims, and no nonsense. We don't work with a specific veterinarian but haven't had any issues with the staff. They seem knowledgeable and are pretty matter of fact about what our dog needs. They referred us to cardiologist for my puppy's heart murmur. They have snacks near the weigh in scale. Lifetime Animal Care center is awesome. I go with Dr. D'Souza and have always had a great experience. She is very thorough in her explanations and clearly cares about her customers pets. Thank you!

Convenient location. Great communication and follow up. Prices for small things like nail trim, ear cleaning are very expensive ($190 for two small dogs) but you can always find a groomer for less, I just wish I didn't have to for convenience reasons. The annual exam is $60 which I believe is fair and competitive. More than anything I trust them with my animals which is priceless.

What awesome service provided by the entire team! My daughter's two pet mice were not feeling well and we brought them here on a Tuesday afternoon. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were very reasonable considering this is one of the few places in San Diego that will see exotic animals. Our visit was during the pandemic so check in and consultation was done right from our vehicle. I live about 30 minutes away but the entire experience was well worth the trip. This place is awesome!!! I went there expecting to pay hundreds for the treatment of my 10 year old Pug. Pleasant experience. The tech came out right away and within 5 minutes I got a call from the Vet telling me that he looked good and gave him his bordatella shot and some antibiotics. Super quick and friendly. Vet was very knowledgeable. Only thing is $62 table fee? 1/2 off for 1st time clients. I guess you get what you pay for!! We'll be back

We were one of many humans who got a puppy during the pandemic and were shocked to find that it was nearly impossible to find a vet. We did our initial exam and shots through Thrive Clinics and while we got everything done, it was very impersonal, succinct, and high-volume. Dr. De Souza and her staff have been very kind and considerate to our little Stella and her family. Everyone we've encountered, including our phone contacts, have taken the time to listen to us and be responsive. Thank you for being caring, especially in such busy times.
