I took my baby girl Blossom here for her 3 mo old shots. I had gone to another vet a week prior and had an awful experience so decided to try this place out. I must say it was 10000X better then the other place I had gone to. The vet techs were polite and very friendly. It sucks having to wait in your car as they take your baby away but they called me up relatively fast. I am beyond blown away by the amazing care my dog has received at this office! My dog had an emergency during a grooming appointment and I was sent to Lifetime to get him treated as soon as possible. I had never been to this office before, but they were so accommodating and got him in quickly for an emergency appointment. This is during coronavirus, so I was not able to go in with my dog. This is our third dog we have taken to this Vet over many years. The staff is still friendly, but the philosophy of the establishment has become too dollar oriented. It used to be basic treatment for a common issue. Now there are always multiple tests pushed by the Vet or Tech. Last visit the estimate was for over $500 to get our dog treated for an ear infection (generic drops cleared it up). Unfortunately, we are now shopping for another provider.

Where would we be without very intelligent, talented, caring people like Dr. D'Souza, Dr. Hardy and all of their staff at Lifetime Animal Care Center? We have utilized their veterinary services for many years and through many pets. They are the only vets we would trust with our pets. They are compassionate and knowledgeable. So we had been taking our cats to Lifetime for many years with Dr Cole as our go to guy and had an excellent experience with the friendly staff and Dr Cole's expertise was second to none. He did an amazing job removing a lump from our cat Suki's lip which can be a very tricky area. Unfortunately Dr Cole ended up leaving the practice to go out on his own during the Covid-19 pandemic and we wanted to keep him as our Vet. Luckily he was very easy to find on Google and Facebook. My dog had gotten bit by another dog and I brought him into Lifetime Animal Care Center, they immediately were able to take him in, check him out, and give him antibiotics. They didn't hesitate to take me in as a walk in an hour before they closed. I can't thank Dr. Hardy and staff enough for their great care and service. From the front desk, to vet assistant, to doctor, everyone was so nice and caring. Would recommend this staff and their services to anyone.

My puppy was peeing blood this morning and panic set in. I took her to her (now old) vet and they told me they were booked and to come back in four days when they had an opening. My dog is peeing blood and you want me to wait? I immediately started calling around and Lifetime Animal Care Center told me to come in right away and they will see her. We got a new puppy about a month ago who we fell in love with instantly! unfortunately he got very sick one day out of no where! and we had no idea what to do! Another vet we went to had no appointments available that day so we looked for the top rated vets in the area hoping to find someone who would see us asap! I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is. But I will start by saying that my dog wagged her tail when she came in here. The staff is caring, helpful and take the time to get to know you and your pet. I had been going to a vet at a larger clinic and was unhappy with the prices and the impersonal care. I came here at the recommendation of a friend from the dog park. Their Paw Plan is a great alternative or an addition to pet insurance.
