I started using Lifetime Animal Center after going in for a discount Rabies vaccine for my dog. I was very impressed with the staff's friendliness and how kind and gentle the Vet was (my dog has "Vet Anxiety." I decided to make my Lifetime my regular Vet clinic since that day. The new location in the Clairemont Square is convenient and clean. I wish I could remember the staff's names, but all of them I've encountered are superb!

Lifetime Animal came highly recommended by my neighbor who has been taking his 14 year old lab there for years. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience thus far. The staff are professional, helpful, and courteous. There is no sense of pushy "up-selling" of unneeded services. Ill be bringing my pups here from now on!

I have been taking my pets to Lifetime Animal Care for over 15 years. They kept my dogs in great medical condition and showed a great amount of caring for my pets. I have dealt mostly with Dr. Kelly Pizzo over the years, and she is wonderful. I most highly recommend Lifetime Animal Care Center for your pets needs.

Lifetime Animal Care Center is a community staple in the Clairemont area with a long history of high quality veterinary care. It is a small practice where you are given incredible customer service and your pets receive the best medical treatment. The friendly staff, clean environment and caring doctors make this my first choice to take my three dogs. It's been a few years since I've taken a pet to Lifetime but I am so glad I remained a customer. Took our dog in this week and the care he received was amazing. He tends to be a nervous dog and because of that the staff was patient and allowed us to handle him. They just gave such great care. When it came for the actual treatment of his issue they offered us options. We weren't forced to pick one over the option and the Dr understood where cost could be an issue. Lifetime Animal Center vets are the best, caring people. We had to have our beloved pet out to sleep. They were so caring and helped us through it, with much tenderness. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and vets here. They always treated our pet with love. My daughter takes her dog here also. They are the best!!!! I never had a problem with the care we received for our pup from the Lifetime, but I think they are outrageously expensive. Case in point; they wanted to charge $1147 for a Dew Claw removal (it had protruded and curled and kept getting ripped and bloody when he played)....I have a vet tech friend who said that seemed a bit outrageous, so off we went for a second opinion, I mean, this is not exactly major intestinal exploratory surgery or anything....low and behold, the next vet was OVER $350 cheaper for the exact same surge... read more
The staff here is so friendly and helpful. i took my kittens there for their shots and to get fixed, I signed up for PAW plan that allows you to pay monthly and you get all the shots as they grow.

We've taken our dog and cat here for 4 years. The veterinarians are professional, intelligent, knowledgeable. They listen. They care. I've never had to wait very long and the appointments are efficient and helpful. They always follow up the next day after a dental cleaning. They offered genuine sympathy when, after 16 years, our cat passed away. I have not had a single bad experience.
