We had Gino Streano from LRS come out to assess the quality/condition of fiberboard siding, windows and decking on a house that we were looking to purchase. His proposal was detailed & informative giving my wife and I initial confidence in his company and his ability to deliver a high quality job for our homesiding project. LRS used only the finest materials and installed everything correctly on time, paying attention to the tiniest detail. A new tap in the back, new chimney cap, light blocks, mounting new lights,house numbers, and downspouts, that I provided, as well as lifetime warranty are very attractive perks that I did not find anywhere else. Any other special requests were promptly fulfilled, too. <br />
Loved this company!!! I had a big job:tear off three layers of siding on my 1901 house and replace it, but still try to keep some of the old character. We got an early start on the project due to a cancelation and it was finished in one week.Very well organized, very professional and very efficient.The supervisors came in and organized the equipment, materials andwork for a crew of four.The crew members knew their jobs andworked well together. We used LRS for Hardie Plank siding and a timber tech deck. This company has outstanding customer service - they showed up when they said they would and were always available by phone. We have nothing but praise for Ralph and his crews. The gentlemen were true craftsmen and VERY hard workers.
