My wife and I are quite thorough when getting quotes and doing our research. In fact, we go into these things with a healthy sense of skepticism. When it comes to EIFS, siding etc in rainy Oregon, quality workmanship and materials is crucial. This company actually exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The estimate was close to $35000. They were rated very high in Angie's List. There wasn't anything I disliked. Roger was very professional and very good. I didn't have anything against him. He told me everything I wanted to know and answered every question. He was excellent. When I called them, they set up an appointment as soon as we could get together. It was quick and didn't take that long. They were very professional. I would consider using them in the future.

I had got the house painted and four or five years after that I had leaky windows. I started looking for someone who could do what I wanted, like check the siding; possibly do the re-siding and reinstall the window. They fit the bill. There were other companies who wouldn?t do it unless it was a part of the larger project; which I was really disappointed with. The person that came out from Lifetime Remodeling Systems Company was pretty upfront. I thought that was nice. It seemed like that they offer a life time warrantee on the work they do. He outlined the products that he would use and he stood behind the quality of it. He also warned me on how other companies would give lesser quote but compromise on quality. This garage roof replacement project was the result of snow load damage during an extended cold period in December 2008. It became a very challenging project because of more strict county structural codes and because of the changed and unexpected soil and foundation conditions discovered after work had begun. I liked Lifetime Remodeling Systems product better. I liked their presentation. I was happy with their price. I felt more comfortable with the person that was explaining everything to me. I felt comfortable interacting with the workers during the work. They were really punctual. They finished the job in one day. They were very polite and very friendly. It was just a good experience, overall.

Gino Streano's initial evaluation & quote work was quick, right on time, and accurate. No drama, no surprises, no later add-ons. The Lifetime Remodeling crews did excellent quality work. The house, decks, front entry look wonderful and make me smile every time I come home and see them, like a new house (on the outside, at least!). Ralph, an owner, did the sales, quoting and project management. I interviewed and obatined estimates from four contractors before selecting Lifetime Remodeling. Overall, Lifetime Remodeling provided the most complete information and references and the best overall value. We were not disappointed.
