Ralph came to do the bid, and was very professional. He explained that they would be a bit higher than other bids, because they focus on quality, both of construction and of materials. The company handled all of the details, including a portapotty, so that the installers did not need to bother us. The installers were great. They worked carefully and obviously knew what they were doing. I was extremely impressed with the way this company operates. The bid process was everything I expected. Ralph set up an appointment, spent an hour with me going over the entire outside of my home, and prepared the bid on the spot. I wasn't ready to commit immediately to having the work done, I needed time to consider my budget as well as contact their references. If I could have figured out a way to justify the added expense, I would definitely have used this company.
Ralph Streano gave a very thorough presentation on his company, styles of windows and quality of windows available. I was indecisive about what I wanted. He was so helpful in describing possibilities. I never had to leave a message for him. He always answers his phone! The work was done as promised with strict adherence to scheduling. All the work went very well. Logan - our contact at the company - was in contact with us from the start of the job until it was finished. The workers - Charles and Rob - were professional, friendly and did a great job. We were kept informed of what work was going to be done when and we were offered choices when the situation called for it. As a single woman with zero DIY skills I was very pleased to find that Lifetime was a trustworthy, quality focused and customer service savvy contractor. My house looks absolutely amazing. Even people I don't know in my neighborhood have stopped to tell me how good my house looks now. Lifetime worked around my schedule (which can be hectic), followed up with me when they said they would and were very professional. I would definitely recommend this company.
The project was done with supreme professionalism. The siding crew was especially hard working. They did just an incredible amount of work so quickly so that our house was without its "skin" for only a few days. They were so careful with outside electrical connections, removing old lights and wires and leaving electrician-ready openings for our new fixtures. The first thing that impressed me about Lifetime Remodeling was the time Gino spent explaining all the options available to me and the pros and cons of each one. He came with samples to look at, pages of references and was prepared to give me a bid right then. When the job actually started, Gino stopped by frequently to check in.
