I’m guessing things have changed since 2022. My move was scheduled for this morning @ 8 and they haven’t shown up and are not answering calls or text. Now I’m stuck trying to find movers last minute. John was aware that I was coming in from out of town and reassured me smh. I would not recommend to anyone
Took money after site didn’t complete reservation. No contact with anyone from the company. Looking for my refund!
I should have known when I booked it wasn’t great. Once you pay it directs you to another page where it says enter your card # again. I was smart enough to check my bank and saw it was taken out already. Shady, anyway I booked for the next day. I called to confirm no answer, I call again I was told the are running behind. Nobody contacted me I had to reach out smh then finally I get a cancellation text. I don’t trust business who want you to pay for your service before hand. I don’t recommend this business. I had my family take work off to help me get organized for my move booked 2 weeks in advance but on move day apparently the owner has some sort of personal issue and they just lost my reservation so now I have no idea what I’m going to do. I’m sorry but I don’t need to know about your personal problems. I need some dang movers…
Please do NOT use them if you have a small move or if youve never moved before. They do not provide any guidance about what materials you may need and yhen want to charge you for everything. $60 to Disassemble and assemble an IKEA bed. $40 to wrap the couch. $landing. And hour if you have a landing and ONE STEP after the landing. The saddest part to me...they didn't even set up my room yo be functional. LIOO Mover’s is the worst moving company ever. I scheduled my appointment for 12 o’clock and I didn’t receive any phone call stating they are going to be late. I had to call and I got this lame excuse that they run over with the time but still no one called to give me a update I had to call them. So I asked why would you schedule my move with someone else and I had a certain time to be finished so I can go to work again I got a lame excuse to why they run over on my time this is the reason they giving you a discount up front... read more
I expected a more professionally trained and financially beneficial outcome, A quoted 3 hour move, for a small 1 bedroom apt, turned into 5.5 hours. I periodically had to interject for urgency, as well as constantly remind the movers of basic instructions agreed upon prior to the work being done , Which ate into my quoted time. This felt intentional. The photo is a peice from my box spring, that I discovered this morning, that had been on the ground all night.
This reservation was a mistake.... We live and learn. Nice, hard-working guys, but... -Not $130/hr as advertised here... $210/hr and I only moved around the corner 3-5 min away -Arrived 1 hr late -Asked movers to focus on big things 1st in case I ran out of time... (I can move boxes later)... They focused on boxes 1st...
