They were Ok- They move with no urgency and take their time because they get paid by the hour. I had to help unload and load my items to stay in my budget. They secure my items good. But moving a one bedroom apartment should not take 2hours with 2 men.

My only issue is that I didn’t contact a moving company sooner. I reached out to LIOO via Thumbtack and was immediately impressed by his responsiveness (it was after 9pm on a Sunday night) and his willingness to help for a Monday morning move. The owner happened to be out of town but he made sure to secure a crew and kept me updated throughout the process. Everything he said he was going to do, he did. Please DO NOT use this company. It’s a broker service and not an actual moving company. I have to hire someone to not only repair my walls, stairs, busted dome light, holes in walls, and damage to floors but my things were thrown in each room as shown on photos. I don’t blame the movers because they are not prepared for the job but the broker who didn’t properly communicate.

I contacted this provider to provide moving services and paid a deposit of $232.05 on 5/8/23. On the morning of the move, I received a text stating that they would not be able to provide moving services to me and my deposit would be refunded. I called and emailed multiple times on 5/7/23 and did not receive no response to my calls, voicemails, or texts. I’ve continued to call to inquire on when I would receive my refund. I have not heard back. BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! LIOO MOVING: I AM WAITING ON MY REFUND! CALL ME!

Movers were 42 minutes late, left a lot of stuff that I still needed taken, & broke some of our items. I booked for 3 hours only, it took them 5 hours. I was not expecting to pay $900 for movers or I would have booked with someone else. I was quoted $450 for the 3 hours. It didn’t even take my husband and cousin but 3 hours to pack us up and move us when we moved into that place 2 years ago. BUYER BEWARE: expect your move to be twice the amount initially quoted. Not sure how they have good reviews, they were constantly on their phones and broke multiple furniture items then had the audacity to say its not broken. CANNOT RECOMMEND LESS👎
