Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY POINT BLANK PERIOD!!! They are extremely unprofessional and not reliable. I had a move on Sunday, December 11th,2022 it was hell to get communication once I paid them in full for a 3 hours service/4 movers of $650 and I was told I would receive a contract and an invoice and I didn't for days. Finally I received an invoice. I was convinced by John to go with a full move 6 hours/4movers in which I did with an estimated extra cost of $700. My poor rating was based off of the lack of communication and follow through. When I spoke with the gentleman to schedule my move i informed him that I had a sleep number bed and he assured me that it would not be a problem. The movers did not know how to disassemble my bed so we had to contact tech support with sleep number. My bed was not reassembled correctly so here we are a week later and parts had to be ordered for my now damaged bed and a sleep number technician has to come out to try and repair it. I made a reservation for a 9am move 2 weeks before the move. No one from the company reached out to confirm my appointment and it was 2 days away from my move. When I tried to contact the representative I spoke to he didn’t answer. So I had to call the 800 number. That representative tried to get me to move my move to 2pm. Which lead me to believe they double booked for my 9am slot. The representative final called me back and said that the other customer agreed to move their move 2pm. I have used Thumbtack for several things and never had a bad experience until this company. Its so bad that after I complete my review. I'm going straight to the BBB. I paid for 3 hours to get my things out of storage and bring to my home. What I got was some Bull****. They was late, when they got there , the truck would not start to get in the gate at my Storage. Do Not Again Do Not Hire this company!!! I should have read more reviews fully!!!! Terrible!!! They were late over five hours(Probably moving someone else)!!! Pretending not to have us on the schedule! Johnathon who does not do the move who claims they have been burned where people had not paid so they collect a portion up front! Do not hire this company. They stood me up two days in a row - no call, no text, no communication whatsoever. This was after they apologized for standing me up the first day and rescheduling. The simply did not show and ghosted me on texts and calls thereafter. This was after they took my credit card information. I will filing a police report. Stay away!
