You definitely get what you pay for; which is what I anticipated. The staff is slow to respond and does not follow directions. I intentionally chose the package that would have the least “agent” interaction possible - none of them bring any value. They still managed to screw up my deal! When I called/text/emailed to get answers, they stopped responding. You’ll save money but do not expect ANY customer service whatsoever... I’d never use them again!
We had our house on the market for 6 months (with multiple open houses and countless potential buyers walking through) and it was never given an offer. We waited out our contract and switched to listing spark. Maybe it was luck, maybe it was their know how (advice on low cost upgrades to improve our listing like changing out carpet), but they hosted an open house (without costing us) and our house got multiple offers and sold within the month !!!
