I was new to the area, and had no idea where to begin looking for a new home. Adam was very knowledgeable about not only the buying process, but also the local market, even though he doesn't live in Dallas! He was able to explain everything to me in a way that I can understand it, and he was always accessible. He promptly returned any call or email, and he always sounded happy to do it. Nick did a great job. He was responsive and knowledgeable about the local market and always happy to meet to look at homes at the drop of a hat. We closed on our new home earlier this spring and it looks like we've picked up a 5%-10% increase in value in just the first couple of months. I can't recommend Nick enough!

Nick was very responsive and always there to help make the process easier. Made for a great buying experience during the hottest part of the summer. He found 90 percent of what we were looking for in a house and in a very fast time frame.
It's been a very long time since I owned a home, so I was basically starting over. I felt very comfortable with Jonathan at our very first meeting. He was never far from an email or a phone call, was very accommodating and always extremely professional. I had a very good relationship with him and would not hesitate to recommend him.
We were given very short notice of our move and was able to find and purchase a home in less than 30 days. LaToya was a huge help in this quick turn around, making herself available with very little notice. She knew what were looking for, and where, and would only tell us of homes that fit our criteria, instead of showing us houses above our price range like many realtors have done to me in the past. I would recommend her to help anyone looking to purchase a home.
Adam helped me find a place when I had to re-locate to another city for work. He is currently helping and preparing me for my first home purchase.
