Latoya Mack is a great realtor! She is very knowledgeable, resourceful, and helpful. My home buying experience was way easier than I thought it would be. I honestly didn't even think we could purchase a home, but her encouragement and guidance got me exactly that, my very first home! Chad Thedford was an awesome agent to work with. He was prompt with response times and appointments. He was very savvy when showing us properties pointing out pros and cons. I have used ListingSpark for several different transactions. They helped me purchase an investment property and then helped me find a quality renter. I have also used them to purchase the lot where I built my home. The team is knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to work with. They know the market and how to negotiate a fair price. I will continue to recommend them to my friends and family. I will definitely be using ListingSpark next time i make or sell an investment .

Aaron is a lot of fun to work with and very knowledgeable of the Austin market. He made the process of buying our lot completely transparent and worked quickly to complete the deal. In the unlikely event we move again (unlikely because we love our lot so much!) we will definitely use ListingSpark again.
