LaToya was a joy to work with, she's very patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. I've heard so many horror stories of buying your first home, LaToya made my experience quite pleasant!! When I purchase my second home, I will definitely be calling her again!
This was the best possible experience selling a house possible. Aaron immediately responded to any questions we had and explained everything extremely well. This was a super smooth process and Aaron went out of his way to make sure we had all the information we needed. Would definitely use again.

Aaron, is by far one of the best agents I've dealt with, he understands the real estate transaction, and works with you as a team as opposed to some agents wanting to only do it their way. Aaron and his Listingspark team were amazing. Their process saved me over 80% of what a traditional brokerage service would provide, plus their online tools let me know exactly when agents were viewing the house and how many times they entered. It provided my valuable insight into whether the house was priced correctly, etc. I will absolutely use Aaron and ListingSpark again.
