Great experience at a very reduced fee! Aaron Jindel and his team assisted me through the whole listing and sales process to my complete satisfaction, and the fees....below 1%, including photos, sign, lockbox and instructions to complete the closing without a hickup! Traci Lee was awesome! She knows the areas very well and very knowledgeable of the neighborhoods. She took time to explain things in details about the houses. The few houses we looked at and i didnt like the countertops or colors, she gaves me few tips about decorating and what to change to make it my own. That was very helpful and it made my decision easier to choice my dream house. If you are looking for a realtor who gives you 110%, you want Traci Lee! She is fantastic!!!
