Our dog Angela was a patient there since she was a puppy. She recently bacame very ill and required hospitalization. The whole team from office staff to techs and the doctors themselves were just wonderful. Everyone was very caring and helped us through a very difficult time. Unfortunately, Angela crossed the Rainbow Bridge and the staff were amazing. Love all the staff at LVAH. They have always treated every animal I have brought their like it was their own. Very knowledgeable and give you multiple options for the care of your pet, not just one. Always explain every procedures before they are performed on your pet.

Five stars are not enough to place a review for this place. They are kind, thorough, professional, and they not only care about your pet but they care about you also. The staff is exceptional and the building is well maintained and clean. Your pet is in the most trusted hands here. I highly recommend this vet office. I have been with them for many years and I have lived through their care my pets and for myself, Liverpool village animal hospital becomes family…..

We have been bringing our cats here for years. The Drs and all the assistants are wonderful. They have a very pet friendly environment. We also love the new facility on Buckley Road. Both sites are very convenient to get to. We recently brought in our new kitten who was gravely ill, rescued from outside. He is now doing great! Thank you to all, especially Dr. Cynthia Serpas!

From the minute I call the front desk when I arrive, through the exam and checkout, everyone is so pleasant and nice. I have brought my dogs in to see Dr. Sichak. She’s very kind and gentle with my labs. After taking blood work and telling me she’ll call the next day with the results, you can be guaranteed she will call. So glad to have found this practice. I am more than pleased.

My cat had numerous health issues and this morning I took him in. He was a shell of his healthier self and we decided to give him relief from his suffering. There are no words for losing a loved pet. The LVAH staff made this painful decision less painful. Thank you everyone for your compassion.
