Dr. Jordan was so caring and understanding when I brought my cockatoo to see her. We didn't feel rushed, my concerns were listened to, and she was very thorough. It is wonderful to have a vet knowledgeable about parrot health.

we recently had to bring in our dog on an emergency basis....and I cannot say enough about the staff . the entire staff! they were waiting at the door with a stretcher....and brought her back immediately.. did X-rays, and took excellent care of her, luckily it did not end up a life threatening ...but the fact that LVAH was available to do the necessary diagnosis right away...is a true blessing!! I just rescued my first puppy, Oliver, in early February. We have been in to see Dr. Pinneo 3 times already and it’s been a wonderful experience each time. The staff are all friendly and clearly love their job and the animals. Dr. Pinneo is kind, patient, and thorough in answering all my questions and I couldn’t be more grateful! Oliver is a big fan of all the attention he gets :)
