RecommendedThe Dr. Was very gentle with our cat who has 3 legs. She spoke to her in a gentle voice and calmed her. Chessie our cat was given a 3 yr distemper shot and had claws trimmed. We brought her home and she showed no trauma of being at the vetinary. I will tell family about this office and their staff. I give them a 5 star review.
RecommendedWe love Liverpool village animal hospital and especially Dr. Serpas. She always treats our pup with so much care and compassion, even when our pup is less than amused with being at the vet lol. We have had a handful of emergencies and they always get us right in to be seen. They never make me feel bad about the questions I ask and concerns I may have and they work with me when I don’t feel 100% comfortable. I have a beautiful female cat who needed to get spayed and her shots and they worked with me for appointments and even saw me early when I got there early due to taking the bus. After I got Lily spayed, they sent her home with medication and also called to check up on her, a few days later to make sure she was healing well.
