We went to Local Public Eatery on a weekday for lunch and since the weather was relatively good we asked to be seated outside. The service was mediocre but the view made the experience worthwhile. We asked them to bring out the nachos first for appetizer but they brought it with the rest of our order. One of our main courses came out 10 minutes after the other dishes. you've GOT to try Local's press burger with aged cheddar and all the groceries + a side of fries (best enjoyed on the patio with a pimms & ginger ). Great for summertime enjoyment - I'd rather give a 4.5 as prices are still a bit higher than I'd like.

We have had the absolute best time at the local tonight, and it's all because of Erin! She has been an absolute delight as a server. We have had a night full of laughter and fun with her, and we will definitely be returning just to have her as a server again!

The food was incredible, burgers are fantastic, yam fries and dip are super tasty. The service started out great, we were well taken care of to start, but it slowly tapered off as the night went on. My partner and I were a very low maintenance table to look after, just after some burgers and beers. My biggest disappointment was the fact that they do not have credit machines to accept pre-paid visa gift cards. I came in with a large party last week. Tia was our server. She was so friendly and attentive did an amazing job romancing drinks to us! Great service would defiantly come back in again.

Woke up late on a sunday and still shaking off the symptoms of my 2nd covid shot, but felt way better. Didnt really feel like cooking so we thought, Since we needed to get an errand done jn kits, might as well go for a really late. Always wanted to try local, as its usually packed with people every time i drive by. Had to wait for like 5-10mins for a table, but no big deal. The weather was awesome and the drinks were cold. Great food and patio space. Some servings are a bit small for the price however the food is really good as well as the view you get. Definitely worth checking out
I have always loved going to Local in Kits. The location and food are top class. They are sport fans and in usual times they are keen to accommodate and find you the game you want to watch.
